About Me

Developer platforms span cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and delivery systems. A software-engineering background shapes the approach: platform abstractions should help teams ship, not become another product to operate.

How I Work

  • Pragmatic Architecture: Infrastructure must be proportional to the organizational need. I do not advocate for multi-cluster meshes or complex orchestrators unless the problem genuinely demands them.
  • Declarative Everything: If infrastructure state isn't stored in Git, it doesn't exist. Declarative IaC (Pulumi, Terraform) and GitOps (Argo CD) are non-negotiable baselines for reliable systems.
  • Observable Systems: A system without deep telemetry is unmaintainable. Correlating metrics, structured logs, distributed traces, and continuous profiling makes incident triage deterministic rather than speculative.
  • Developer Empathy: The primary metric for a platform's success is developer velocity combined with sleep quality on call. Tooling should reduce cognitive load, not add more YAML files to manage.
