The product

KIRRK focuses on digitizing the rental journey, from customer-facing apps to rental operations and fleet management. Its public company profile describes a white-label mobility platform spanning hardware, IoT, and contextual applications for rental and car-sharing businesses.

A repeatable delivery foundation

At RedFabriQ, the platform foundation used Terraform to provision environments consistently across Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). Pull requests included Terraform plans for infrastructure review. Application code lived in Azure Repos, with Azure Pipelines coordinating Docker builds, automated tests, SonarQube analysis, image publication to Azure Container Registry, and controlled Helm/Helmfile release patterns.

The surrounding Azure services included Monitor, SQL Server, Storage, and Functions. Azure Policy and Open Policy Agent (OPA) Gatekeeper enforced governance at the AKS layer, bringing policy checks alongside the build and release workflow.

Connected-fleet workflows

KIRRK added a substantial IoT and event-driven layer to that shared foundation. Azure IoT Hub handled device connectivity, while Event Grid routed events into downstream platform workflows. This connected fleet activity to the wider digital rental journey without making each application release depend on hand-built infrastructure.

Delivery outcome

Automated builds, tests, code analysis, policy enforcement, and repeatable Helm releases shortened the path from approved code to an environment while reducing manual release steps.

The result was a governed, repeatable Azure platform supporting KIRRK’s connected rental workflows and ongoing product delivery.
